What is tradrz ?
tradrz is a technical analysis software for stock markets.
tradrz is on par in term of functionalities with desktop softwares avalaibles since numerous years in this field.
tradrz is different from those softwares. You don't have anything to install on your computer. You don't have to worry about data updates. And new functionalities pop-up regulary without anything to do!
How much does tradrz cost ?
As long as tradrz will be in “BETA” (see below), nothing, 0. The access will be totaly free.
Once the “BETA” will be over, new paying functionalities will be added over time. The accounts created during the “BETA” phase will keep a free and perpetual access to the content created during this period.
What does “BETA” mean ?
“BETA” is a software developement expression meaning that the designated software is still under testing but already usable and usefull for its intended audience.
In tradrz's case, this phase will last a few monthes.
Can I use tradrz from any country ?
Yes, you can access tradrz from anywhere in the globe if you have an internet connection available.
No, you cannot access tradrz in any language (only english and french are currently available).
No, all stock markets are not availables (yet!). We'll add new ones over time regularily.
Manage your account
I forgot my password. How can I do ?
Please, go to the url http://www.tradrz.com/fr/authentification/login and click on the link "Forgot your password ?". A dialog box asking for your email address will appear.
Enter the email address you used to register you tradrz account. A new password will mailed to you at this address in the following minutes.
You will then be able to reconnect and change your password in your preferences page (http://www.tradrz.com/user/index).
How can I choose my language for the site interface ?
Please, go to the url http://www.tradrz.com/user/index (by clicking on your mail address on the window's top-right corner when your connected, for example). Then change the field "Prefered language" accordingly and save.
The site interface will then always show up in the chosen language everafter.
I have a problem. How can you help me ?

Technical questions
On which Operating System is tradrz available ?
tradrz can be used on any operating system where a supported browser (see below) and Adobe Flash 9 (or above) is available.
tradrz has mainly been tested on Microsoft Windows XP and Vista, Mac OS X Tiger and Leopard and on various Linux distributions.
Which internet browsers can I use ?
The following internet browsers give you an optimal experience with tradrz:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 7
- Mozilla Firefox 2 and 3
The following internet browsers give you an excellent experience with tradrz:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
- Apple Safari 3
- Opera 9
The browsers not listed here will probably work very well with tradrz but have not been tested enough to ensure it. If you experience any problem with one of the browsers, please let us know.
